Support Women DJs is a rapidly growing community-led platform dedicated to empowering femme DJs, based in New York City. When we say women DJs, we mean any DJ who does not identify as a man. Our nonbinary, trans, & all queer babes are an integral part of our community. SWDJs is operated by Delirium Entertainment.

  • OUR GOAL: We aim to grow a global movement with one simple message: that us, as ravers and the music industry, need to support women DJs. We are bringing awareness to this antiquated gender imbalance.

  • Rach Brosman

    Rach Brosman, Founder

    She/Her

    Wearing many hats- Rach also hosts the SWDJ podcast, creates rave social content, and leads her company Delirium Entertainment. Rach is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, a Wisconsin native, and a proud basshead.

  • Michiko McGivney, Marketing

    She/Her

    Michiko is a trusted partner who supports the CEO by increasing business productivity. She supports the team in strategic planning and business development. Michiko is based in Brooklyn, New York.

  • Aleska Education, Radio, Events

    Drawing inspiration from underground DJs and producers in Berlin and Brooklyn; Aleska mixes underground minimal tech and deep house that keeps the crowd moving all night.

  • Zoe, Analytics

    Experienced in the dynamic intersection of data analytics and finance, Zoe brings a strategic mindset to optimize insights and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Annabel Evison, Website

    She/They

    Annabel's interest in club cultures and the techno landscape began in 2022, and since then has only grown. She feels that a good event can change people's lives, and desires to produce events that provide a space of comfort and joy for her community.

  • Paty Vega, Radio Host

    Paty is a vibrant DJ from El Salvador, bringing a unique fusion of funky house, tropical house, Latin house, dub techno, and disco to the NYC music scene. Passionate about sharing her love for music, she infuses her sets with the rich flavors of her culture.

  • Liv Poglianich, Growth

    LIIIV is a NY native but nomadic spirit who learned to spin in Cape Town and especially loves bringing the sounds of the world to her sets. Besides spinning a lot of spiritual house, she's also a sound healer, tutor for newer DJs, and is on a mission to build more conscious dance floors.

  • Samantha DaSilva, Social

    Samantha works full time in music strategy for a major Performing Rights Organization. She is a musician and DJ who draws her musical inspirations from the diverse spaces she's grown up in throughout her life, including her childhood in Queens Village, upbringing on Long Island, as well as her Caribbean background.

  • Aya, Podcast

    They/Them

    Aya produces the Support Women DJS podcast. In addition, they are a music artist, DJ and producer and organize a women and femmes music theory group. 

  • Raisa Iqbal, Events

    She/Her

    Raisa is a Queens native and dancefloor regular. With a background ranging from finance to fitness instructor, she's currently pursuing DJing and electronic music production to share her passion for the transformative power of music and movement. 

  • Fattie Bee, Open Decks Host

    Fattie Bee is a DJ, artist, and leader of our NJ Chapter! Favorite genres to spin are Funky House, Latin House and more recently Drum & Bass. Fattie is the singer and lyricist for the electronic group “Live in Lover”.  With a just few singles released accruing over 200K streams! Fatties love of music has no bounds.
